Born in Norwich and raised in a photography studio. For the last ten years I have been working across Europe with international brands from Aviva and Google to Phillips and Canon.
I head up my own commercial and documentary video productions, from initial contact and brief, through development and production to final delivery.
My specialism is environmental and charity projects.
Client Work
Norfolk Wildlife Trust
Showcasing the beauty of the Norfolk countryside, from marshland and forest to the Norfolk Coast. This film for Norfolk Wildlife Trust demonstrates their fresh set of targets with an emphasis on working together sustainably to replenish unique habitats and wildlife within Norfolk.
Be Norfolk
As part of the Experience Project we were commissioned to create a whole suite of tourism videos promoting unique experiences in the area and the Norfolk Way Art Trail. The films targeted two key age ranges, 55+/-, and featured over 20 businesses!
HG WALTER
Good food is a passion of mine and I was delighted to help bring this film to life with HG Walter. The project showcases the amazing work and ethics that are behind this family run company and traces the story of the cattle from the farm all the way to high end restaurants in London.
AVIVA SAVE Campaign
We Teamed up with MH Photographic to produce video clips and photography for the Aviva Save 2020 Campaign. A mix between 14 models and 7 backdrops we produced an array of clips and stills to be used across social platforms for target markets.
Girlguiding Anglia
An absolutely wonderful project to work on alongside creative agency, Creativity Unbound, for Girlguiding Anglia. This project involved a jam packed day filming multiple age groups, activities and volunteers all for the 'You Can, She Can' campaign launched on volunteers week.
The Broads National Park
The seasons bring a huge variety of scenery, wildlife and beauty to The Norfolk Broads. We’ve worked with The Broads Authority on a variety of projects, from family boat trips to campaigns, showcasing everything that this National Park has to offer.
BUZZ-OFF
Buzz-Off do amazing work removing swarms without harming them. This documentary film was part of a campaign to increase awareness around companies that kill swarms with harmful chemicals, completely unnecessarily.
Norwich Opportunity Area
We worked with Norwich Opportunity Area to create 18 Virtual Tours and films to help children who missed out on the usual transition period into Reception. The work helped students become accustomed and familiar with their new schools.
Personal Work
One For Sorrow Two For Joy
Made over the third lockdown at the start of 2021, the film came out of a frustration that 2020 was a write-off - stressful and creatively unfulfilling. The film hopes to show another side to Borderline Personality Disorder and help to raise the profile of those living with it.
Stop At 60
A deeply personal project, the film explores the issues of alcoholism and mental health after the tragic death of a 59 year old man and a 24 year old girl.
Won an RTS East Award, Selected for Shortz! Film Festival in California, Lanett City Film Festival and Reading Film Festival.
Shoesagne
The original concept was to create a fake restaurant that served lasagne in your own shoe, the rest ensued.
Dread Decks: Dear Friends
A collaboration between Tailor Dominic Read and Filmmaker Joseph Harrington, the idea was too apologise for slack updates with the Dread Decks store and re-launch the website. The delivery included an entire social media campaign made up of 4 stages.
The Wolf Number: Del Mars
Experimental brief for local Norwich Band, the piece focuses on mood and emotion to create something visually enthralling, opposed to style for style's sake. The shoot was achieved with 2 GoPros and an evening in Norwich.
